What is a Sound Bath?

A Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath is an experience of deep healing and relaxation, held either indoors or outside where participants can be lying down or comfortably seated to receive the sound healing from the bowls.

The bowls are one-of-a-kind in their notes, hertz, tones, and alchemies. The sounds created by these bowls resonate deeply to a cellular level within each of us. As the bowls are played, they gently ground, center, balance and restore our internal harmonic patterns.

Often my sessions lead with a guided meditation to start the process of quieting our minds and opening our hearts. Once we have entered into this state of relaxation, I play the bowls to begin the sound bath. The amount of time the bowls are used varies with the session.
